To strengthen its Product Management and Marketing team, Titan Automotive Solutions is looking for a methodical Market Research Analyst to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research on current and potential markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management & Marketing, your main missions will be the following:


  • Collect data on customers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations

  • Collect data on regulations, standards, and certifications relevant for Titan’s products

  • Conduct research to identify trends and target industries to support growth in new markets and service offerings

  • Conduct research and create reports to support a single source of truth for messaging for both Marketing and Sales

  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation

  • Research and report on trends in target industries that are relevant to Titan’s service offerings

  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies

  • Measure the business risks

  • At least 2 years of proven market research experience

  • Technical/Scientific Bachelor’s degree or technical Master’s degree or Engineering degree

  • Excellent English level mandatory

  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data

  • Proficient written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking

  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented

  • Self-learner, autonomous and proactive

  • Knowledge in electronics, telecommunication or automotive business is a plus


SAP Business by Design Specialist - Remote

This is an in-house role. Location to be defined with candidate. This position is eligible to remote work.

Reporting to the IT Director, this role will perform the day-to-day support processes for SAP Business By Design. You will work with business Key Users to improve and document SAP processes and ensure knowledge and best are shared across teams. You will also manage the escalation of tickets to our third-party support provider for SAP Business by Design ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and keeping business stakeholders informed throughout.


  • Day-to-day support for SAP business by design users (finance, production, hr, pm modules..)

  • Create/ upgrade reports in all modules

  • Support business to create KPIs

  • Proactively guide users for an optimal usage of the tool.

  • Write and maintain quality procedures related to the tool.

  • Coordinate business Key Users to ensure best practice sharing.

Skills & Experience Required For This Role:

  • Experience of supporting and using SAP Business By Design and associated add-ons is essential.

  • High level of knowledge of SAP Business By Design (min finance or production modules) is mandatory

  • Technical IT knowledge combined with experience in a business environment.

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject is preferred.

  • Experience of EDI and other software applications would be beneficial. This role will develop and change in line with business needs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and team working.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and to prioritize and manage competing demands.

Accounting & Reporting Manager - Caen

Directly reporting to CFO, this role will support the Group to ensure best practices in financial accounting processes and internal controls are being followed, ensuring the provision of financial information for internal & external reporting is timely, accurate and compliant with BELGIUM GAAP / IFRS. The role will also contribute to SAP system implementation and optimization.
Accounting & Reporting Manager will also be responsible for the data quality reported within the Group and towards all relevant financial institution.


  • Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation process.

  • Work closely with other team members and external advisors to manage tax, VAT affairs and transfer pricing

  • Ownership of the reporting processes under IFRS, liaising with CFO and the Board to ensure high-quality production of the glossy accounts as well as internal reporting for strategic planning purposes

  • Manage highly complex cross-border consolidation, having full ownership of the process and the consolidation system itself

  • Responsibility for the internal reporting process including monthly consolidation (SAP) and production of board packs, whilst liaising closely with divisions to ensure timely completion of local results

  • Acted as key advisor to the business on treatments for new accounting standards and issues whilst being the key contact for the group auditors

  • Participate in budget process and analysis

  • Manage internal control procedures development and monitoring

  • Coordinate internal & external audit

  • Provide ad-hoc reports, analysis and documentation

  • Supervise small internal team and external accounting firms

Skills & Experience Required For This Role:

  • Qualified accountant, with min 10 years of experience, preferably in international environment

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of BELGIUM GAAP is a big advantage

  • Strong background in completing and reviewing consolidations.

  • Proven experience of technical accounting, with proven capability to communicate Financial Reporting requirements to various stakeholders.

  • Desire to drive improvements in the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting process.

  • An eye for detail and ability to identify errors.

  • Strong systems skills with a mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Personable, positive, dynamic manager who works flexibly and collaboratively to achieve deadlines, with a ‘roll up sleeves’ to get the job done attitude.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to reinforce our quality department. You will support Quality Director and local management in executing all aspects of the plant/department quality program using existing procedures to enable the facility to profitably meet customer and product regulatory requirements related to the quality management system and related business quality strategies.


    Customer interface:

  • You will manage input and output in regards with customer quality inquiries and complaints

Skills & Experience Required For This Role:

  • Certified ISO9001 auditor

  • Electronic assembly and production test experience

  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in automotive industry

  • Preferred to have knowledge or understanding on requirements of Korean OEM’s. (HKMC ES and MS specifications)

  • Good level of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D

  • IATF 16949, VDA6. 3, ISO9001

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt

  • English and Korean fluently in word and writing.
